Production Support Analyst/Developer(Contract)
Location Tampa
Responsible for the design, development, coding,
testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the
requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on new
development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing
applications. Works closely with client management to identify and
specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and
evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
Dress Codes: Business Casual
Additional Skills: Responsible for ongoing technical
maintenance and support of the debit card applications. Must work
evening hours / overnight support. Tandem and Unix, Wintel knowledge.
Prefer 5+ years of technical programming and production support
experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: Responds to and resolves
production incidents through effective root cause analysis and solution
identification. Manages incidents to closure, and ensures follow
through. Provides technical or functional guidance to project or work
teams as needed. Collaborates on an on-going basis with other production
support analysts and developers. Analyzes, designs, develops, tests,
debugs, implements, maintains and/or enhances existing systems. Provides
input into the technical architecture areas such as infrastructure,
server, software and architectural approach. Overtime and call-out as
needed.
